Easement/Plat Preparation

Utility Coordination

- Utility Location Services (horizontal and vertical locations) - Permitting/Encroachments coordination with the City’s Environmental Permitting Team on 401/404 permitting. Work will be issued via written Task Orders specifying project requirements. Scoping for these projects is expected to begin in late 2026.
