Work Details

The contractor will provide Liquid Oxygen (LOX) as specified, including: - Installation and leasing of LOX tanks and equipment. - Annual lease costs for tanks and equipment billed monthly. - Full maintenance of tanks and equipment. - Remote monitoring of tank levels with timely deliveries before low levels are reached. - Pricing must be firm for one year with a maximum allowable increase of 2% per year, supported by manufacturer documentation. - Estimated total usage is 1,800,000 pounds per year, with monthly usage ranging from 90,000 to 225,000 pounds. - Required equipment includes two vertical 9,000-gallon tanks or larger with local gauges, ambient air vaporizers, block heaters, necessary piping and valves for operational continuity, and compliance with AWWA B304-13 and ANSI/NSF STANDARD 60 standards.
