Background

The Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency (AGENCY) is issuing a contract for the Pavement Repair project located at Calgrove Blvd. and Ebelden Ave. in Santa Clarita, CA. The goal of this contract is to perform road pavement repair and all associated work as indicated in the Contract Documents and Specifications.

Work Details

The project consists of road pavement repair and all associated work as specified in the Contract Documents. Bidders must complete the entire Work under a single contract. Each Bidder must hold a valid Class C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractor License or a Class A General Engineering Contractor License throughout the duration of the Contract. The Contractor must have completed at least two similar projects within the last seven years, and their Superintendent must have satisfactorily completed at least one similar project within that timeframe.

The contract work is expected to be performed from July 6, 2026, following the bid opening, with specific timelines detailed in the Contract Documents.

Bidder Requirements
