CWP Mobile Hydraulic Power Units

Background

The City of Columbus Water Division is seeking to procure three (3) Mobile Hydraulic Power Units to enhance their operational capabilities. The goal of this contract is to purchase, install, and provide training for the latest model of the Stanley HP28 Power Unit, which is essential for the Water Division's utility services.

Work Details

The contractor will provide three (3) Mobile Hydraulic Power Units that meet or exceed the specifications of the Stanley HP28B02 Power Unit. The units must have twin circuits with each capable of a minimum of 8 GPM running simultaneously, a minimum operating pressure of 2000 psi, and an open center circuit. Additional specifications include: - A hydraulic reservoir capacity of at least 3.2 US gallons - A fuel tank capacity of at least 4.5 US gallons - HTMA flush face quick couplers - A gas-driven engine with a minimum of 27HP - A maximum weight of 360 lbs - Dimensions not exceeding 38 inches in length, 26 inches in width, and 30 inches in height. Each unit must feature at least one (1) 12v DC power plug, a secured lifting hook, fixed side handles, two (2) solid rubber tires, and a foldable front lifting bar for mobility. Delivery must include two (2) sets of twinned 50ft x ½ inch hoses and couplers. A factory warranty of at least one year is required. Training on the units will be conducted at the specified location in Columbus, OH. The successful bidder must also provide on-site support from factory-trained technicians within 24 hours of service requests and may be required to conduct an in-person demonstration prior to contract award.

The delivery and training will take place at 910 Dublin Road, Columbus, OH 43215.
