The contract involves the following work for the Woodland Industrial Park Improvements (Phase 3 & 4): - Installation of a new subsurface drainage sanitary sewer system - Repair of concrete panels - Repair of curbs and sidewalks Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by Plaquemines Parish Engineering and Public Works (referred to as the Owner ).

Background on the Contract

This project is identified as Plaquemines Parish Project No. 12-02-05A Woodland Industrial Park Improvements Phase 3 & 4. The solicitation is conducted in accordance with Act 70 of the 1746 Regular Session of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended, and other applicable laws.

Contract Requirements

All bidders must comply with the requirements set forth in the Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond, as well as other contract documents.

Instructions on Submission

Proposals must be addressed to the Parish of Plaquemines and delivered to the office of the Department of Engineering at 333 F. Edward Hebert Blvd., Building 500, Belle Chasse, LA 70037. Bids must be received no later than 10 AM on July 7, 2026. All bids must be clearly marked as follows: Sealed Bid Parish of Plaquemines Woodland Industrial Park Improvements Phase 3 & 4 Parish Project No. 12-02-05A Any bid received after the specified time and date will not be considered. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10 AM on July 7, 2026, in the Conference Room at the Plaquemines Parish Government Office of Engineering and Public Works, located at 333 F. Edward Hebert Blvd, Building 500, Belle Chasse, Louisiana 70037. Contract documents, including the Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and required bond forms, may be examined at the office listed above.
