Bidder Requirements

Bidders must include a completed Identification of Hub Certified/Minority Business Participation form with their proposal and submit either Affidavit A or Affidavit B as applicable. All contractors must possess a proper license as required under state laws governing their respective trades. A performance bond and a payment bond will be required for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Each proposal must be accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check equal to at least five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond executed by a licensed surety company.
