The estimated date of authorization for the selected consultant is July 2026, with a completion schedule requiring all plans to be finalized within twenty-four (24) months from this date.

Bidder Requirements

Consultants must meet prequalification requirements set by ODOT for various categories including engineering and design services. Only individuals are prequalified for right-of-way acquisition services. Additionally, firms listed on the federal debarred list are not eligible for selection.
