Background

The Kansas Adjutant General's Office is seeking bids for crane and hoist inspection services. This contract aims to ensure the safety and compliance of cranes and hoists used by the agency, which is part of the state's efforts to maintain operational readiness and safety standards.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding employment verification as per the Immigration Reform and Control Act. They must also certify that they are not engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel as per HB 2482. Additionally, bidders must submit a current Tax Clearance Certificate with their proposal.
