Historic Preservation Requirements Prospective vendors are advised that the project site is located within the "Yankton College Historic District" and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. All materials must comply with the existing Programmatic Agreement between the BOP, the South Dakota State Historic Preservation Office, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation.
