Work Details The contractor will provide non-personal ultrasound technician services at the Pinon Health Center. Key responsibilities include: - Performing outpatient diagnostic medical sonography duties - Managing patient needs - Ensuring clear and accurate imaging studies - Checking in and scheduling patients - Explaining procedures - Conferring with radiologists for complex exams - Providing emergency first aid as needed - Maintaining ultrasound equipment - Documenting patient information in the electronic health record system - Adhering to safety management reporting requirements. The technician must practice sterile techniques and interpret diagnostic images accurately. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in diagnostic medical sonography. Candidates should possess at least twelve months of relevant experience without any lapse of service exceeding six months prior to starting.
