Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive fuel storage services including: 1. Receiving and storing U.S. Government-Owned Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade Jet-A. 2. Protecting stored fuel from contamination and ensuring its integrity. 3. Shipping fuel as required by the government. 4. Implementing security measures such as fencing and visitor control systems to prevent unauthorized access to the facility. 5. Maintaining a self-powered communication system for emergency alerts and operational communications. 6. Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of storage tanks to remove water bottoms weekly or as needed based on gauging results, ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Period of Performance The contract will have a four-year base performance period starting from November 04, 2026, through November 03, 2030, with an option for one additional five-year period from November 04, 2030, through November 03, 2035, and an option to extend services for up to six months from November 04, 2035, through May 03, 2036.
