Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Place of Performance The utility vehicles will be delivered to the Cheyenne VA Medical Center located at 2360 E. Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, WY, postal code 82001. Bidder Requirements Bidders should provide information regarding their capabilities or qualifications statement that includes an overview of proposed solutions and a description of the products they possess that align with the Statement of Work draft. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity for two utility vehicles at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center shows a closely related prior award, 36C25525P0517, awarded to Bravo for $116,155 with performance from 09/24/25 to 03/26/26. The prior work is described as “BOBCAT UTILITY VEHICLE,” which appears similar to the current requirement for delivery of small diesel utility vehicles with grounds-maintenance oriented features (e.g., hydrostatic transmission, cab with HVAC, cargo dump, and hitch receivers), suggesting the new buy may be a continuation of the same type of equipment procurement for the facility.
