Background

Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is seeking proposals from qualified aviation service providers to establish a structured aviation membership program. A formal aviation membership program with various models such as membership, subscription, deposit-based, or hybrid structures. 2. Clear definitions of eligibility, enrollment requirements, financial commitments (initiation fees, deposits, subscription costs), and how different participation levels impact pricing and service access. 3. Identification of benefits associated with membership including preferential pricing, priority access to aircraft, reduced or waived ancillary fees, and enhanced service levels. 4. A comprehensive explanation of the pricing model related to membership participation including all costs required to join and maintain the program as well as flight pricing determination for members. 5. Description of service levels provided to members including responsiveness and customer support.

Period of Performance

The contract term is for one year with an option for four one-year renewals or as negotiated.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed primarily at Virginia Tech's facilities in Blacksburg, Virginia.
