The PMO seeks industry input on structuring and managing this environment effectively. Work Details The contractor must be capable of competitively procuring commercial partners to provide various services, including: 1. Portfolio & Vendor Brokering: Administering a diverse portfolio of external organizations providing labor, consultation, software capabilities, and licenses while executing subcontracts rapidly. 2. Orchestration of Systems Integration: Coordinating efforts among technical performers to ensure successful deployment of prototypes and solutions into a cloud-based operational product. 3. COTS / GOTS Software Utilization: Managing procurement and centralized management of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) software licenses. 4. Facilitation of Advanced Technology Development: Overseeing external mission partners developing custom software leveraging AI and Large Language Models for data processing. 5. Cloud-Based Solutions: Ensuring compliance with multi-classification cloud-based architecture among managed performers. 6. Task & Resource Orchestration: Managing multiple tasks across performers to align with project schedules and objectives. 7. Centralized Security Administration: Acting as the central security node for managing security documentation and clearance processes for all subordinate performers in a TS/SCI environment.
