Wayfinding Signage and Turn-Key Signage Installation

Background

Virginia Tech is seeking to establish a term contract with vendors capable of providing wayfinding signage and turnkey signage installation services. The goal of this contract is to enhance navigation and accessibility within the university's campus through effective signage solutions.

Work Details

The vendor(s) will be responsible for providing wayfinding signage, which includes designing, manufacturing, and installing various types of signs that guide individuals throughout the university campus. The services required include but are not limited to: - Site assessments for optimal sign placement - Compliance with local regulations - Ensuring that all signage meets the university's branding standards Turnkey installation services must encompass all aspects from initial design to final installation.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until July 2, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed on the Virginia Tech campus located in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must acknowledge receipt of any addendums related to this solicitation. Additionally, bidders should disclose if any partners or employees are also employees of Virginia Tech or have immediate family members who are active employees. Bidders must also confirm if they are a Commonwealth of Virginia certified SWaM business.
