Background The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) NAF Contracting Office, on behalf of the U.S. Army Materiel Command, is seeking to establish a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a concessionaire contractor. Developing a general maintenance and repair/quality control plan for long-term facility upkeep. 7. Managing utility contracts for services such as water, gas, electrical, trash, and recycling. 8.
