The goal is to implement a fully integrated, state-of-the-art digital interview recording system that supports their investigative needs. Work Details The contractor shall provide a complete, turn-key interview and surveillance recording system that includes all required hardware, software, and licenses. The system must support at least three interview rooms and one monitoring station. Key specifications include: - A central PC-based recording server with a modern processor, minimum 16GB RAM, and SSD for the operating system. - Minimum 8 Terabytes of usable video storage configured in a RAID 1 mirrored array for data redundancy. - Recording capacity of at least 750 hours of high-definition video and audio. - Secure time-synchronized recording from all interview rooms simultaneously. - Management software capabilities including bookmarking/flagging, time-shifted playback, secure export to common digital formats with visible time/date stamps and watermarks, and physical media creation capabilities with a DVD-RW drive. - Each of the three interview rooms must be equipped with at least two high-definition IP cameras.
