Bidder Requirements

Bidders must meet or exceed City of Austin specifications. The City reserves the right to determine same or equal status for quoted items. Bidders are required to submit quotes on an FOB Destination basis, including all freight charges in the quoted price. Additionally, bidders must comply with any applicable certifications regarding non-discrimination and wage theft as outlined in the solicitation.
