Contract Requirements

All price quotations must be submitted electronically. No original, hard copy, or late submissions will be accepted. Suppliers must register on the City of McAllen's bidding portal to access solicitation documents and submit quotations. Registration also ensures inclusion in the distribution list for any solicitation changes or addenda.

Submission Instructions

Electronic price quotations must be addressed to Mr. Gerardo Noriega, CPPB, Director of Purchasing and Contracting, and received by Friday, June 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT). All submissions must be made through the City's bidding portal at https://mcallen.procureware.com on or before the deadline. Solicitation documents will not be mailed, emailed, or provided in person. All questions from potential bidders should be posted under the Clarifications tab for the relevant project number in the bidding portal.

Additional Information

The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all price quotations, to waive any formalities or technicalities, or to accept the quotation considered the best value to the City. The City may hold the bids for a period of forty-five (45) days without taking action.
