The selected team will be expected to enhance innovation and efficiency between the designer and constructor, realize significant savings in both the project's schedule and budget, and optimize the project scope within the established constraints. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by Spokane Public Schools (SPS), in partnership with the City of Spokane Parks (COS-P) Department, as part of the Together Spokane Initiative.

Background

This project is being delivered under the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) alternative public works contracting procedures, as authorized by RCW 39.10. The initiative aims to foster collaboration between SPS and COS-P to maximize project efficiencies and adapt to evolving priorities.
