Evaluation Criteria Quotations will be evaluated based on: - Relevant experience - Ability to meet the required deadlines - Price Award will be made to the offeror providing the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. 7. Statement of Work The contractor shall provide: - Annual inspection and testing of Fire Life and Safety systems, including backflow testing and reporting, in accordance with the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). - Initial inspection and report prior to June 23, 2026. - Annual inspections each April during the contract period. - Repairs resulting from inspection and testing failures will be funded as necessary, not to exceed $25,000 per option year. 8. Compliance The selected contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. 9.
