FEMA Region 10 RFQ Fire Alarm and Systems Testing

Summary: Background FEMA Region 10, located at 130 228th St SW, Bothell, WA 98021, is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for annual inspection and testing services for Fire Life and Safety systems. Work Details The contractor shall provide annual inspection and testing services for Fire Life and Safety systems including: - Fire Alarm System: Inspect and test all strobes, alarm devices, fire panels, pull stations, smoke detectors, and associated equipment. - Wet Sprinkler System: Inspect all components for leaks, damage, proper charge, and compliance with applicable standards. - Pre-action Sprinkler System: Test and inspect all pumps, valves, actuation devices, and associated equipment. - Backflow Prevention Assembly: Inspect and test for proper operation and submit required reports to the City of Bothell. - Fire Extinguishers: Inspect and certify per NFPA-10. Repairs resulting from inspection failures will be funded as necessary, not to exceed $25,000 per option year.
