Work Details

The selected firm will conduct a national search for an Executive Director with the following responsibilities: 1. Development/refinement of position profile (if needed). 2. National recruitment and candidate sourcing. 3. Screening and vetting of candidates. 4. Coordination of interviews with the Authority. 5. Reference and background checks. 6. Assistance with final selection and offer process. The timeline for the recruitment process is approximately 6-8 weeks for candidate recruitment and screening, followed by 2-3 weeks for interviews and finalist selection.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon selection and approval of a firm, with an expected timeline for completion of the recruitment process being approximately 8-11 weeks.

The services will be performed in Columbus, Georgia, specifically related to the Columbus Sports & Entertainment Authority's facilities.

Bidder Requirements

Firms must specialize in providing search/recruitment services for sports-related and entertainment entities.
