Banking, Investments, and OPEB Trust Administration Services

Background

The Housing Authority of the City of Middletown, Connecticut (MHA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for banking, investments, and OPEB trust administration services. The goal of this contract is to engage one or more firms to provide these services for an initial period of three years to MHA, its affiliated non-stock corporation Forest City Development Corporation (FCDC), and any other corporate entities created and controlled by MHA or FCDC.

Work Details

The selected firm(s) will be responsible for providing comprehensive banking services, investment management, and OPEB trust administration.
