The San Antonio Water System is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide the following services: - Supply containers for the storage of grit generated by the San Antonio Water System at specified locations - Haul the filled containers from these locations - Dispose of the grit in accordance with all applicable regulations

Background

This annual contract is intended to ensure the efficient and compliant handling of grit produced by the San Antonio Water System. The contract will cover the provision, hauling, and disposal of grit containers at designated sites.

Contract Requirements

- Vendors must furnish all goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services as specified in the solicitation documents. - The successful bidder agrees to provide all items at the offered prices and under the terms and conditions outlined in the specifications. - The acceptance period for submitted bids is 90 calendar days following the bid opening date.

- Bids must be received either electronically or as a sealed bid by the date and time specified in the solicitation. - Sealed bids (mailed or delivered) must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director of Purchasing, and clearly marked with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name. - Mail or hand deliver sealed bids to:
