Background

The University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance is seeking a Preferred Supplier to provide Business and Administrative System Support Services to its Members and Affiliates. This initiative aims to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain processes within the university system.

Work Details

The contract involves providing Business and Administrative System Support Services, which may include but are not limited to: - Business intelligence consulting services (Commodity Code 80101508) - Project management (Commodity Code 80101600) The selected supplier will be responsible for delivering comprehensive support that aligns with the needs of the university's members and affiliates.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on May 29, 2026, and is expected to conclude on July 13, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed within the geographic locations of the University of Texas System members and affiliates.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific requirements including submission of a completed State of Texas Subcontracting Plan form, adherence to disclosure regulations as per §2252.908, Government Code, and submission of a signed W-9 Form. Proposals must also include acknowledgment of RFP contents and requirements.
