Background

The Oklahoma Military Department, specifically the G9/Army National Guard, is issuing this solicitation for Annual Inspection, Preventative Maintenance, and On-Call Repair Services with Fixed Labor Rates. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all necessary inspections and maintenance are performed to uphold the operational readiness and safety of military facilities.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following services: 1. Annual inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. 2. Preventative maintenance services to address potential issues before they become significant problems. 3. The contract will be effective for a period of one year from the date of award, with options for renewal for up to two additional one-year periods based on performance and funding availability.
