Background

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (the 'Authority') was established by the New Jersey Legislature in 1948 to construct, maintain, repair, and operate the New Jersey Turnpike. The Authority is responsible for collecting tolls and issuing revenue bonds. Work Details

The items must be delivered directly to the Holmdel Print Shop located at Telegraph Hill (MP 116 SB) Crawfords Corner-Everett Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733. Bidders must ensure that all equipment provided is standard new equipment, latest model of regular stock product, with parts regularly used for the type of equipment offered.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective for one year from the date of award, with options to extend for two additional one-year terms at the discretion of the Authority.

Delivery will take place at Holmdel Print Shop, Telegraph Hill (MP 116 SB) Crawfords Corner-Everett Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide proof of valid business registration with the New Jersey Division of Revenue prior to entering into a contract. They must also complete an Ownership Disclosure Form and a Vendor Location Disclosure Form. Bidders are required to comply with various state laws including the Prevailing Wage Act and Public Works Contractor Registration Act.
