Background

Work Details

The contract involves the supply and replacement of 27 Eaton 9170 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. The specifications for these systems are available on Bid Express. Bidders must ensure that all equipment provided is standard new equipment, latest model, with parts regularly used for the type of equipment offered. The bidder must guarantee all new equipment for a term of one year from acceptance by the Authority.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective for one year from the date of award, with an option to extend for two additional one-year terms at the Authority's discretion.

Place of Performance

The delivery location will be specified by the Authority within New Jersey, particularly at designated sites along the New Jersey Turnpike or Garden State Parkway.
