Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances necessary to pump, transport, and dispose of waste from septic tanks and grease traps located at various Fulton County facilities. The scope includes: - Fully pumping out exterior grease traps and/or septic tanks; - Scraping interior walls of grease traps; - Steam cleaning; - Ensuring proper disposal in accordance with applicable laws; - Performing maintenance on interior grease traps where applicable; - Providing septic pumping every six months or weekly as per local ordinance; - Thoroughly cleaning all tanks using mechanical and manual labor to remove sludge; - Ensuring work does not inconvenience building occupants; - Securing necessary permits and licenses; and - Furnishing all required materials, tools, equipment, and safety devices. Specific locations include one septic tank and 19 grease traps across various facilities with defined maintenance schedules.

Period of Performance
