This is a Sources Sought announcement to request information only. This is not a Request for Quote or Proposal. This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids, and/or quotes. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or a confirmation that the Government will contract for the services contained in the Sources Sought, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set aside of the future solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether this approach to securing contracting support is practicable. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Please note that the solicitation number used for this Sources Sought may be different from the one in the actual solicitation, if a solicitation materializes. 2d Marine Division, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC, has a requirement for a Counter-UAS (C-UAS) Adversary Forces (ADFOR) support for multiple training exercises across various Marine Corps Bases. The applicable NAICS code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The size standard in millions of dollars for this NAICS code is $19.5 Million.

QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME

All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent via email to: lucas.a.beltran.mil@usmc.mil and jose.a.gil@usmc.mil by 3 June 2026 at 2359 EST. A question and answer (Q&A) will be posted, if required, approximately 1 business day after all questions have been received. Interested vendors shall provide the following information: - Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address. - CAGE Code. CAGE Code must be registered in SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov) - Business Size under NAICS 541990. - If the size standard is small, indicate if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HUBZone certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business. - If these services have been acquired by any Government agencies. If so, please provide names of agencies, point(s) of contact, and contract number(s). - A Capability Statement detailing experience with drone operating, simulated swarm flight profiles, and providing tactical training support in military range environments. - Include any other pertinent supporting documentation. - Please identify any ambiguities or industry-standard gaps found within the draft PWS.
