Asphalt Concrete Surface Course, Type S (7 TN) 12. Asphalt Binder for Plant Mix (1 TN) 13. Masonry Drainage Structures (1 EA) 14. Period of Performance

The contract period is set for 90 calendar days from the date of award.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed along Harrisburg Road between Breeze Way and Evans Woods Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work outlined in the bid documents and must submit a 5% bid security if their bid equals or exceeds $300,000. The project has an established MWSBE goal of 10%, requiring bidders to include participation from certified Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprises.
