Background The U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) is tasked with relocating personnel and equipment as part of a transition to new facilities at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Fort Sam Houston, TX. The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient dismantling, moving, and reinstallation of government property for approximately 520 personnel while also disposing of excess furniture from legacy buildings. Work Details The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control to execute the following tasks: 1. Dismantle government property from buildings 4011, 2791, 2640, 146, 147, and 149; 2. Move this property into buildings 2792, 2840, and 2841; 3. Dispose of approximately 233 units of excess furniture. The relocation must be completed within a maximum of 60 working days and in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include: - Provide moving boxes and materials for packing by employees. - Transport desktop monitors securely. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the moving process.
