Septic System Installation at Branson Industrial Subdivision

A recent meeting document City of Jal - Planning and Zoning Agenda - 2026-06-01 indicates a future potential acquisition The agenda includes consideration of approval for a variance from Ord. 47-7 to allow a septic system to be installed at the Branson Industrial Subdivision, located on the south side of West Derrick Road, zoned 'I' Industrial District. Approval of this variance is a prerequisite for the installation of a septic system, which would require procurement of design, engineering, and construction services for the system. This may result in a future RFP or contract for septic system installation, including site assessment, permitting, system design, and construction. Environmental and engineering consultants, as well as septic system contractors, could be engaged for this work.
