Work Details The contractor is required to perform a one-time removal, transportation, and lawful disposal of designated excess personal property and solid waste from the Wyoming State Office facility. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the work. Key tasks include: - Removal of up to five forty-yard roll-off equivalents (approximately 200 cubic yards total) of designated materials from the first-floor warehouse. - Coordination with BLM for building access and staging needs during operations. - Compliance with OSHA requirements and implementation of appropriate personal protective equipment. - Maintenance of unobstructed emergency exit routes during work. - Lawful disposal at legal facilities with an emphasis on maximizing recycling where practicable. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Bureau of Land Management Wyoming State Office located at 5353 Yellowstone Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82009. Bidder Requirements Bidders must demonstrate technical capability by providing a suggested approach to accomplish the tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including details on equipment to be utilized and a quality control plan. Relevant experience must include at least three recent projects similar in size and scope within the past five years. Additionally, bidders must provide past performance references that include project details such as name, location, contract number, period of performance, total cost, agency/entity name, point of contact information, and a thorough description of services performed.
