Contract Requirements

Failure to state these may result in a line item being deemed non-responsive. - If bidding an alternate brand, it must be an OCTA-approved equal prior to bidding. The process for approval requires submission of technical data with an Approved Equal Form. OCTA will review and test the data, and if accepted, the part may be used in future solicitations as an approved equal. - The bidder is responsible for providing all necessary information to prove equality, substitutability, and compatibility of proposed alternates or equals, at no cost to OCTA. OCTA is the sole judge regarding the acceptability of alternate products.
