Duncan Park Golf Clubhouse Rehabilitation Phase II

The City of Natchez is seeking sealed bids for the Phase II Rehabilitation of the Natchez Golf Club at Duncan Park. The scope of work for this contract includes: Construction of an ADA-compliant ramp at the north entrance. Restoration of exterior steel windows on the north fa ade of the north metal building and the south fa ade of the south metal building, including: - Replacement of missing steel sashes - Replacement of six (6) non-original windows on the south fa ade Restoration and painting of both the north and south facades. Restoration of the three (3) metal building roofs, which includes: - Abatement of asbestos coating - Application of a new white fluid-applied roof coating - Installation of new gutters and downspouts where they are missing Interior renovation work, including: - Completion of the north end of the building into office space for the golf pro and assistant - Completion of the hall - Mechanical and electrical improvements - Construction of a new pro shop storage room within the metal building This solicitation is issued by the City of Natchez. The project is funded by a 2025 Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant, Project #28-00720, provided by the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries & Parks, with additional matching funds from the City of Natchez. Bids must be submitted in sealed form to the Office of the City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, MS 39120, no later than 10:00 A.M. CST on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, and then taken under advisement until the next meeting of the Natchez Mayor and Board of Alderman.
