The project involves the complete in-place construction of the following ravine restoration and slope stabilization work:
- Excavation of 300 cubic yards for channel and pond
- Installation of 100 linear feet of 24 36 reinforced concrete storm sewer
- Placement of 125 tons of Random Riprap CL III
- Construction of 40 cubic yards of gabion
- Planting of 150 perennial #1 containers
- Seeding of 0.05 acres

Background
The City of Burnsville is seeking proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials necessary to complete the specified ravine restoration and slope stabilization work as outlined above.
Contract Requirements
All work must be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents. There is no pre-bid conference for this project.

Only online electronic bids will be accepted through QuestCDN. Instructions for online bidding are included in the Project Specifications. Electronic bid bonds will be accepted through Surety 2000 using project #10183161. Bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
