Rivercentre Parking Ramp and Convention Center Elevator Modernization

City of Saint Paul on behalf of River Centre is looking for bids on 2026 RiverCentre Parking Ramp and Convention Center Elevator Modernization. This is for a turnkey and code compliant elevator modernization of the east elevators at the RiverCentre Parking Ramp. This is for two hydraulic passenger elevators. Also, an additional elevator in the RiverCentre Convention Center. A Mandatory Pre Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at 10 AM CST and it will be held at 175 Kellogg Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55102. Addenda, if necessary, will be posted on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation.
