Background

The University of Michigan seeks proposals from qualified suppliers for Print & Kitting Services for its National Survey Panel, known as M-Panel. Work Details

The selected supplier will provide comprehensive Print & Kitting Services, which include printing, assembling, and mailing materials for the M-Panel survey. This involves rigorous quality control processes and the ability to handle Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Suppliers must demonstrate experience in managing similar projects and be capable of delivering USPS delivery reports showing mail delivery percentages and address updates. The proposal must include detailed specifications for materials, assembly processes, and requirements for each mailing. Additionally, suppliers are required to outline their data security policies, including secure storage and destruction of sensitive project data.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to last for a period of six months.

Place of Performance

The services will primarily be performed on the University of Michigan campus located in Ann Arbor.

Bidder Requirements

Suppliers must comply with the University’s standard agreement terms without extensive modifications. Preference will be given to Michigan-based businesses if competitively priced. Suppliers must also sign a Data Security Agreement and a Confidentiality Pledge if awarded the contract.
