DHS ODP Miscellaneous Frozen Foods

Background

The Department of Human Services, Ebensburg Center is seeking a contractor to provide Miscellaneous Frozen Dietary Requirements Bid for consumers located at 4501 Admiral Peary HWY Ebensburg PA 15931 for the months of July, August, and September of 2026. The goal is to ensure that the dietary needs of consumers are met through the provision of various frozen food items.

Work Details

The contractor will be required to supply a variety of frozen food products including but not limited to: - Danish pastries - Cookie doughs (sugar, chocolate chip, peanut butter, M&M, oatmeal raisin) - Brownies - Cakes (strawberry layer, cheesecake) - Pies (blueberry, lemon meringue, apple) - Muffins (gluten-free) - Juices (orange concentrate) - Pizzas (pepperoni) - Various fruit purees. Specific quantities and brands are outlined in the bid specifications. All items must meet specified quality standards and delivery schedules as outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a three-month period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to the Department of Human Services located at 4501 Admiral Peary HWY Ebensburg PA 15931.

Bidder Requirements
