Photography Services for UW-Madison Athletics

Background

The University of Wisconsin-Madison, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking proposals for Photography Services specifically for its Athletics Department. The goal of this contract is to enhance the visual representation of the university's athletic programs through professional photography.

Work Details

Proposers are required to provide comprehensive photography services that may include but are not limited to: event coverage, team photos, individual athlete portraits, and promotional materials. Specific requirements and expectations are detailed in the Terms and Requirements document available in the BUYER ATTACHMENTS section.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and will continue for a specified duration as outlined in the proposal terms, typically spanning multiple months or years depending on the agreed terms.

Place of Performance

Services will primarily be performed at various locations associated with UW-Madison Athletics, including athletic facilities and event venues within the university campus.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have an online profile with JAGGAER to submit proposals. They are required to provide a client list of three firms served in similar capacities over the past three years. Additionally, bidders must indicate if they qualify as a Wisconsin certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (DVB), or Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). All proposals must comply with DOA Standard Terms & Conditions.
