NIST SP800-171 assesment and reporting requirements including DFARS 252.240-7997, CD 2026-O0025 240.370-5(d) will make an affirmative determination of responsibility.

The goal of this contract is to provide a complete, fully operational fiber optic connectivity pathway between OPS Demarc Room 1220 and Annex 242B, supporting additional network connectivity requirements and future communications redundancy capabilities. Work Details The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, testing equipment, permits, and incidental items necessary for a complete and fully operational fiber optic installation. The services provided are non-personal; contractor personnel will not be supervised by government personnel. The contractor is responsible for management, scheduling, and performance of all personnel. Work must comply with commercially accepted telecommunications industry standards and OSHA safety requirements. Specific tasks include: 1. Installation of new single mode and multimode fiber optic cabling utilizing existing underground conduit infrastructure. 2. Coordination of work activities with designated points of contact to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. 3. Completion of AT Level I Awareness training for all contractor employees requiring access to Army installations within 30 days after contract start. 4. Submission of certificates of completion for training to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). 5.
