Background The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) leads the national effort to protect and enhance the resilience of the Nation’s physical and cyber infrastructure. The Cybersecurity Division (CSD) within CISA is responsible for enhancing the security, resiliency, and reliability of the Nation’s cyber and communications infrastructure. This Request for Information (RFI) is aimed at identifying potential qualified companies that can support Cyber Technology Services (CTS) requirements, which include day-to-day operations and sustainment of Government networks through cybersecurity activities and computer network defense initiatives. Work Details The Contractor shall provide Cyber Technology Services (CTS) necessary for Information Technology (IT) Architecture, IT Development Operations, IT Security Operations, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to support incident response and proactive hunting missions in CISA’s CSD. Key tasks include: 1. Program Management: Overarching support across all task areas ensuring consistent standards for service delivery. 2. IT Architecture, Technology & Innovation Services: Engineering support for innovative capabilities using emerging technologies. 3. IT Engineering, Development Operations Services: Full systems and software architecture lifecycle management using Agile methodologies. 4. Data Management & Analytics: Support for data-driven decision-making processes. 5. IT Sustainment, Operations and Maintenance Services: Day-to-day operations management of Government networks. 6. IT Security Operations Services: Continuous monitoring services to detect security threats. 7. Laboratory Support Services: Technical assistance in laboratory environments. 8. IT Service Desk, Asset Management & Logistical Support: First point of contact for technical assistance and asset management. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at various locations as specified by CISA, including potentially remote work environments.
