Background

The City of Eugene is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the construction of paving projects on Vine Maple Street, Spring Boulevard, Pine Canyon Drive, Huckleberry Street, and South Ridge Drive. The project aims to enhance roadway conditions and infrastructure as part of the city's public works mission. The estimated cost for the project ranges from $1,200,000 to $1,300,000.

Work Details

The scope of work includes: - Cold plane removal of existing asphalt surfaces. - Asphalt paving. - Roadway reconstruction and reconditioning. - Wastewater pipe repairs and stormwater structure modifications. - Stormwater pipe installation. - Temporary and permanent pedestrian and traffic control measures. - Construction of concrete sidewalks and sidewalk ramps.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to be completed by October 15, 2026.

The work will be performed in Eugene, Oregon along Vine Maple Street, Spring Boulevard, Pine Canyon Drive, Huckleberry Street, and South Ridge Drive.
