Supplying flaggers for straight time and overtime hours as specified in the bid form. 4. Providing trucks and equipment including signs and cones as detailed in the bid items. 5. Preparing traffic control plans for each work site that requires them. 6. Ensuring all services comply with the latest WSDOT adopted edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed throughout 2026 with specific work schedules determined by individual work orders issued by the District.

Bidder Requirements
