Background The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) is seeking repair and modification services for HC-130J Aircraft and HC-27J Aircraft Digital Crew Units (DCU) and Digital Switching Units (DSU). The goal of this contract is to maintain an inventory of ready-for-issue (RFI) components to support USCG aviation assets utilized by Air Stations both within and outside the continental United States. This contract will enhance the USCG's ability to perform critical missions such as search and rescue, law enforcement, international ice patrol, marine environmental protection, and marine resource conservation. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the repair and/or modification of components as specified in the Schedule of Supplies/Services. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable technical directives or approved alternate standards. Components must be returned in an airworthy condition suitable for installation on HC-130J aircraft. The contractor shall supply all necessary parts, labor, and materials to restore components to RFI condition. Pricing for repairs/modifications will be firm-fixed at a fully burdened rate. The contractor must also have access to all performance/test/acceptance criteria necessary for ensuring compliance with technical directives. Additionally, the contractor must be an OEM Certified Repair Facility and provide documentation of certification from the OEM for the specific part numbers listed. Place of Performance The work will primarily take place at the contractor's facility, which must be certified to perform the required services.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QH0000027 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
