Background

The University of South Carolina is soliciting bids for the renewal of its drone detection software, specifically the AirGuard Layer 1 Subscription with Remote ID and RF Detection. Work Details

The contractor will provide a 5-year service contract for the AirGuard Layer 1 Subscription with Remote ID and RF Detection (product code AGRD-L1-5Y). The contract must include all necessary hardware, software, support, and service costs. Payments will be made in annual installments. Alternative drone detection platforms will not be considered. The contractor must be a fully certified AirSight authorized reseller.

Period of Performance

The estimated period of performance is from June 12, 2026, to June 11, 2031, with the possibility of one initial year and up to four additional one-year renewal options.

Place of Performance

All services and deliveries will be made to the location specified by the Using Governmental Unit in its purchase order.

Bidder Requirements

Offerors must be fully certified as an AirSight authorized reseller. No alternative platforms will be accepted. Offerors are required to submit a signed cover page and acknowledgment of any amendments.
