- Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically via the District's procurement portal at https://cgesd.bonfirehub.com no later than June 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM MST. - The names of responding firms will be shared publicly at the time of the proposal opening. - All solicitation documents, specifications, and required forms must be obtained through the Bonfire portal. - Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the portal's inquiry system by June 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM MST. - A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST, starting at the District Purchasing Department, 220 West Kortsen Road, Casa Grande, AZ 85122.
