Product Requirements Contract for X-Naut Cooling Cases and Mounting Hardware

Background

The City of Fresno is issuing a Product Requirements Contract for X-Naut Cooling Cases and Mounting Hardware. The goal of this contract is to procure specific cooling cases and mounting hardware to support the city's operational needs. The contract will be awarded based on bids submitted electronically, ensuring compliance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following items: 1. 77 X-Naut iPad Cooling Cases for 13” iPad Air, part number XN-X90RG.M20.A22. 2. 77 X-Naut vehicle kit magnetic charging mounts with a 3-meter cable, part number XN-VKM20.3M.SRM2. 3. 65 X-Naut 7” ball mounts, part number XN-MTNG.1004. All items must be delivered F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed to the City of Fresno.

Period of Performance

The contract term is for three (3) years from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with an option for one (1) additional year extension.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to the City of Fresno, located at 1144 E Street, Fresno, CA 93706.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a Bid Deposit of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) in an acceptable form (certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bidder's bond). Bidders must also have a current City of Fresno Business License if they maintain a place of business within the city limits.
