Background The Rotary Wing Flight Training Support Services (RWFTSS) is issued by the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The mission of this contract is to support the training of US Army 110th Aviation Brigade units and US Air Force (USAF) aircrew and non-aircrew personnel. Fort Rucker serves as the center for excellence in aviation, providing initial entry rotary wing flight training to newly appointed Commissioned Officers and Warrant Officers, as well as functional training for qualified aviators. Work Details The contractor will provide rotary wing flight training and support services, which include: 1. Compliance with security policies and procedures, including obtaining Common Access Cards (CAC) for contractor personnel. 2. Establishing procedures for retrieving identification media from departing employees. 3. Conducting weekend and holiday training as necessary to make up for lost flight training due to weather or aircraft availability. 4. Ensuring all contractor personnel pass a National Agency Check (NAC) for security clearance prior to assignment. 5. Establishing a Physical Security Policy compliant with Army regulations. 6. Providing academic instruction in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and Air Force regulations, including preparing classrooms, reviewing learning objectives, and conducting make-up/remedial instruction as needed. 7. Managing Automated Data Processing (ADP) services and ensuring compliance with information security standards. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Fort Rucker, Alabama.
